We ship from Brooklyn, NY, the same week your order is placed — usually the same day.
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.
We ship to a limited number of countries outside the United States. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country of destination. Onyx Bulb cannot mark international shipments as gifts or under-declare value.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of placing the order, check your spam folder first, then email hello@onyxbulb.com.
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the issue within 48 hours of delivery and contact us. If a tracked package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out — we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and replace your order where possible.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can usually correct an address within 30 minutes of order placement, but once a package is in transit we're at the mercy of the carrier. Re-routing fees, if any, are passed on to the customer.
